I’m James, the founder of Linear Form Fitness. I created this platform to help people build real strength from the inside out. This isn’t just about workouts. It’s about discipline, clarity, and showing up for yourself in every area of life.
Fitness has been my anchor, through every high, low, and every setback. I started with judo as a kid in Hawaii, played team sports growing up, and later dove into mixed martial arts and bodybuilding. I’ve trained in gyms, in college classrooms, in the real world and in places most people never expect to find discipline. I’ve coached others in all of them.
I’ve studied endlessly, both formally and on my own, because I believe mastering your body starts with understanding it. From trail runs and rock climbing to strength training and mindset work, I’ve lived every side of this lifestyle.
No matter where life takes you, being fit makes you better. That’s what I want to give people the strength to face anything, inside and out. What truly sets me apart is that I actually care deeply.
